3 slightly beaten eggs 2c. Darigold milk
1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt nutmeg
Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Scald milk and stir
slowly into egg mixture; add vanilla, pour into custard cups or #
casserole and sprinkle with nutmeg. a
~. . *Bake in pan of hot water in moderate oven, 325 degrees,
“until” mixture doesn't adhere to knife, about 30 to 40 minutes.
