Cream Dressing Beat 3 eggs together, till very light; add 1 tsp. salt, pinch of red pepper, Vz saltsp. of mustard, mixed with a little water, and last, 4 tblsps. of rich, sweet cream. — Contributed. Sour Cream Dressing Beat together 1 egg, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tea- spoon cornstarch; add V2 cup sour cream, and V2 cup vinegar, and boil in a double boiler three to five minutes.
