Snow Cake

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 1% cups sifted pastry flour
• % cup butter
• % cup sugar
• % cup milk
• iy2 teaspoons CALUMET Baking Powder
• 3 drops extract

Method

   Sift the flour and baking powder four times.

   Cream butter and sugar.

   Beat the egg whites stiff and add them to the butter and sugar.

4. 4

   Add the milk, flour, and extract and beat until smooth.

5. 5

   This will make two small layers or one small loaf.
