Sauce for Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1/4 c. salmon liquid
• 2 tbsp. flour
• 3/4 c. milk
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. catsup

Method

   Melt butter; stir in flour and salt.

   When well blended, stir in salmon liquid and milk slowly.

   Stir constantly over low heat until mixture thickens and boils.

   Stir in catsup.
