Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 1 large cup flour
• 2 good tablespoons shortening
• 3 tablespoons cold water
• Pinch salt

Method

1. 1

   Work flour, salt and shortening together with tips of fingers, add ice water little at a time, don’t knead much.

   This makes a one-crust pie.
