1 cup flour Heat butter and water until boiling, then add flour. When mixed, remove from range and add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added. Drop in circular shapes on a buttered sheet IY2 inches apart, having each cake slightly heaped in the center. Bake thirty minutes in moderate oven. Fill with cream filling just before serving. Cream Filling 1/3 cup flour 2 cups scalded milk % cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla or Y2 Vs teaspoon salt teaspoon lemon 2 eggs extract Mix flour, sugar and salt.
