Orange Layer Cake

Ingredients

• 144 cups sifted flour
• 14 cup butter or other shortening
• 1% easpoons baking powder
• 1% teaspoon salt
• 1% cup orange juice
• 2 eggs, unbeaten
• 1 tsp. grated orange rind

Method

   Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.

   Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, then add flour alternately with orange juice.

   Bake in greased pans at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
