My Cheese Dish

Ingredients

• 32 crackers crumbled
• 2 tablespoons margarine
• Md cups grated cheese
• 1 teaspoon each salt
• and pepper
• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 2 strips of bacon

Method

1. 1

   Butter casserole.

   Alternate layers of crackers and cheese; beginning with crackers and ending with cheese.

   Mix eggs and milk, pour over the crackers and cheese, top with bacon and the margarine.

   Bake at 425 degrees until a knife comes out clean.

   Serve hot.
