Lebanese Rice

Ingredients

• 44 stick butter
• 2 cups water
• > * cup rice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons spaghetti

Method

   Cook spaghetti in butter over medium heat until light brown.

   Add water, rice and salt.

   Bring to boil.

   Cover tightly and cook over low heat 15 minutes.

   Use Lebanese spaghetti or vermicelli.
