Fried Okra With Ham Mince a half pound of boiled ham fine. Mince 2 onions. Fry these in a tablespoon of butter, when they have been friend brown, add to them 2 dozen sliced spears of Okra. Stir constantly with a long handled spoon (wooden) until Okra browns. Then pour over the contents a teaspoonfuJ of tomato sauce
