Corn Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. corn meal
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 cup Darigold milk.
• 1 can cream corn
• 2 eggs, well beaten.

Method

   Combine the first four ingredients in a saucepan with milk.

   Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

   Add cream corn and beaten eggs.

   Put in casserole and top with buttered crumbs.

   Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
