CHEESE WAFFLES Beat 2 egg yolks until light. Blend in 1-1/4 cups of milk and 6 tablespoons of melted butter. Sift together 2 cups of sifted cake flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder and l/4 tea- spoon of salt. Add the dry ingredients to egg mixture. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter along with 1 cup of grated cheese
