Ingredients

• 1 lb. MILLENNIUM flour.
• 2 teaspoonfuls BORWICK'S BAKING POWDER.
• ■| lb. margarine.
• 6 ozs. castor sugar.
• 2 eggs.
• I J teacupfuls sweet milk.

Method

   Cream the margarine and sugar, add eggs, one at a time, and beat thoroughly.

   Sift flour and baking powder, and add to the mixture; also add milk at intervals.

   Put into greased tin lined with paper, and bake in a moderate oven.
