Banana and Pineapple Jam

Ingredients

• 4c. prepared fruit
• 1 bottle Certo
• 71/2 c. sugar

Method

   Crush about 5 fully ripe bananas to a fine pulp and add one #2 can crushed pineapple.

   Measure sugar and prepared fruit into large kettle.

   Mix well, and bring to a full rolling boil over hottest fire.

   Stir constantly before and while boiling.

   Boil hard one minute.

   Remove from fire and stir in Certo.

   Skim; pour quickly.
