Apple and Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Betty Crocker spice cake mix
• 2 c. shredded apples
• 1/3 c. flour
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Darigold top milk
• 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
• 2 Tbsp. Darigold butter
• 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• dash salt

Method

   Mix together the cake mix, shredded apples, and flour.

   For the topping, heat brown sugar, milk or corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt until it boils.
