AMERICAN CHOP SUEY One pound ground beef. Brown in roaster with tablespoon of fat, add 1 can of tomatoes (or 7 medium sized fresh tomatoes), 1 small can of garden peas, 2 cups celery (chopped fine), 3 onions, 1 green pepper (diced), 1 cup uncooked rice, salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
