1 lb. brown sugar✪ Brown Sugar Ice-Box Cookies
Cream butter and sugar well; add flour. Form in two long rolls,

(250 to 300 degrees). Sprinkle with granulated sugar and put in

(six inches long and three inches wide). Roll up like jelly roll. Slip a
narrow ring of green pepper over each roll and toast under broiler
