Add orange juice to cranberries. Put rind of orange through food
chopper. Mix all ingredients. Boil twenty minutes, watching con-
stantly that it does not burn.
Gooseberries may be used instead of cranberries and the recipe

CUCUMBER SAUCE
Grind peeled cucumber fine. Drain through colander or cloth for 10
hours or overnight. To every pint, add:

mustard seed % pt. vinegar
