Ingredients

• one and one half cups of flour
• one cup of thick, sour milk
• one teaspoon of soda
• a pinch of salt

Method

   Sift the soda, salt, and flour together into the mixing bowl, add the sour milk, and stir with a spoon, but only until thoroughly mixed.
