Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

• I cup diced sweet apple
• I cup finely diced celery
• l/2 cup chopped walnuts
• Cream mayonnaise
• A little chopped parsley

Method

1. 1

   Dice the apples first, and mix with mayonnaise, so as to keep them from turning a dark color.

2. 2

   Mix all the ingredients except the walnuts, which must be added just before serving, to prevent the salad from turning dark.

3. 3

   Serve on a lettuce leaf.
