Vegetable Combination

Ingredients

• 2 cupfuls string beans
• 1 teaspoonful sugar
• 2 cupfuls lima beans
• ^4 teaspoonful pepper
• 2 cupfuls young corn
• 2 cupfuls tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoonful salt
• 5 tablespoonfuls thick cream
• water

Method

   Cut string beans, place in a kettle with boiling water, add salt and sugar, and cook for 20 minutes.

   Add lima beans and cook until tender.

   Drain, add tomato sauce, bring to a boil, add corn, and cook for 5 minutes.

   Add cream and pepper, and serve immediately.
