Tvorog s Varainie (Curd Dumplings)

Ingredients

• some good puff paste
• some cheese curds (crowdie)
• butter
• the yolk of hard-boiled eggs

Method

1. 1

   Roll out puff paste thin, make cheese curds, squeeze out whey, and mix with butter and yolk into round balls.

   Cut out rounds of puff paste, place balls in the middle, fold over, fix edges with egg white, and boil in water.

   Drain and pour melted butter over them.

   Serve with sour cream.
