Tuna Triumph

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 2 1/2 cups milk or 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk
• 1 can tuna
• 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
• Salt and pepper —
• Lemon juice
• 3 oz. bag potato chips

Method

   Crush potato chips in bag.

   Make a white sauce, add flaked tuna and seasonings.

   Grease casserole, pour in layer of tuna, then one of chips until dish is filled.

   Top with crushed chips.

   Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
