Tropical Salad

Ingredients

• an equal quantity of dates cut in half and stoned
• fresh cocoanut, with the brown part peeled off and then cut in cubes
• orange pulp freed from the white covering of the sections

Method

   Cut dates in half and remove stones.

   Peel fresh cocoanut and cut into cubes.

3. 3

   Prepare orange pulp by removing the white covering.

4. 4

   Serve on crisp lettuce or tender white cabbage leaves with mayonnaise dressing.
