Tomato Soup (Vegetarian)

Method
Melt the butter in a stewpan, fry the vegetables and herbs for five minutes, pour in the water and liquor from tomatoes, boil gently for half an hour, rub through a sieve, return to the stewpan, add the milk, sprinkle in the Florador, and boil for five minutes.
Just before serving, stir in the cheese and half a teaspoonful of chopped sugar.
