Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

• Cook 1 can tomatoes
• 1 slice onion
• pepper and salt
• Brown 3 tablespoons butter
• to which 3 tablespoons of Purity Flour have been added.

Method

   Cook tomatoes, onion, pepper, and salt for 10 minutes.

   Brown butter, add flour, rub tomatoes through a strainer, and add to butter and flour mixture.
