Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

• I can tomatoes
• 1 slice onion
• pepper
• salt
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons of Purity Flour

Method

   Cook tomatoes, onion, pepper, and salt for 10 minutes.

   Brown butter, add flour, and rub tomatoes through a strainer into the butter and flour mixture.
