TOMATO CATSUP. Tomatoes, vinegar, salt, garlic, allspice, cloves, epper, red pepper. Cut up in small pieces 1 bushel of tomatoes, boil until oft, rub through a wire sieve. Add 2 quarts of vinegar, 1 red pepper whole, xr whole cloves, 2 allspice, 1 tablespoon pepper and 5 heads of garlic
