Timbale of Macaroni

Ingredients

• small macaroni (vermicelli, spaghetti, tagliarini)
• one or two eggs, according to quantity
• butter
• bread crumb

Method

1. 1

   Break macaroni into short lengths and cook until overdone.

   Dress with butter and grated cheese, then mix in eggs.

3. 3

   Butter and crumb a mold, fill with macaroni, press down, add a flavored mince of meat, and cover with more macaroni.

   Bake in a moderately heated oven, turn out, and serve.
