TEA CAKES. 1-2 cup of butter. 1 tablespoon of lard. 1 cup of sugar. 1 egg. 6 tablespoonfuls chocolate (melted.) 1-2 teaspoonful of soda 2 tablespoonsful of buttermilk, 2 1-2 cups of flour, A pinch of salt.
