Swedish Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 pound butter
• 1 cup grated nuts
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 3/4 cups sifted flour

Method

   Cream butter and sugar.

   Add nuts, vanilla and flour.

   Chill in refrigerator, then roll dough into small balls the size of a large olive.

   Press with a glass covered with a wet cloth.

   Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes until light brown.

   While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
