One cup dry bread crumbs, one-third teaspoonful salt, one-quarter teaspoon pepper, one teaspoon onion juice, one tablespoon chopped parsley, two table- spoons melted butter substitute. Hominy, rice, or other cooked cereal may take the place of crumbs.
