Stuffed Squash

Ingredients

• tender young yellow squash
• butter
• ground meat
• bread crumbs
• salt and pepper

Method

   Boil the squash until tender, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the inside.

   Mix the squash with ground meat seasoned with butter, salt, pepper, and herbs if desired.

   Fill the squash shells, cover with crumbs and bake until browned.
