STUFFED EGGS Cut hard-cooked eggs in halves, crosswise. Remove yolks and put whites aside in pairs. Mash yolks, moisten with melted butter or Mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard, and cayenne.
