Stewed Spanish Onion

Ingredients

• One Spanish Onion
• Quarter of a pint of Milk
• Half an ounce of Flour
• One ounce of Butter
• Pepper and Salt

Method

   Boil the onion in water until tender, then drain.

   Mix butter and flour in a saucepan, stir in milk, add seasoning, and boil for five minutes.

   Heat the onion in the sauce and serve.
