Steamed Bread Pudding. Scald 1 pint of milk ; add 1 cup of stale bread crumbs, 1 tablespoonful of butter, and 1 cup of sugar. Mix well, and let it stand till cool. Beat 3 eggs light without separating. Add to the pudding with y2 teaspoonful of vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon
