Steak and Kidney Pudding

Ingredients

• 4 Ib. Suet Pastry
• $ Ib. Steak
• 4 lb. Kidney
• Small piece of Onion
• 4 pint of Stock or Water
• 3 tea-spoonfuls Flour
• 1 tea-spoonful Salt
• 4 tea-spoonful Pepper

Method

   Cut steak and kidney into pieces, mix flour, salt, and pepper, dip steak in it, and roll up with kidney.

   Line a greased basin with pastry, fill with meat and stock, cover with pastry, and boil for four hours.
