Spinach with Liver

Ingredients

• 1 cup of chopped DEL MONTE Canned Spinach
• 2 cups of boiled rice
• % to 1 cup of chopped, left over, cooked liver
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• % teaspoon of pepper
• ^ cup of finely chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons of fat

Method

   Melt fat in a hot frying pan, spread in the mixture, and cook over a low fire until a brown crust is formed on the bottom.

   Sprinkle with grated cheese, and fold like an omelet before serving.
