Spanish Tomatoes

Ingredients

• 6 good sized tomatoes
• 2 or 3 large sweet peppers
• 2 onions
• y2 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 tablespoonful butter

Method

1. 1

   Cut peppers and onions, cook in salt water.

   Add cooked tomatoes, let cook together, add a pinch of soda, then milk and flour beaten to a smooth paste.

   Before removing from stove, add salt and butter, serve hot.
