Spanish Fried Rice

Ingredients

• Rice
• Salt
• Dripping
• Black pepper
• Onions
• Hot water
• Garlic
• Tomatoes

Method

   Wash the rice and brown it in hot dripping.

   Then add onions, tomatoes, and garlic.

   Cover the whole with hot water.

   Season with salt and pepper.

   Let rice cook thoroughly, adding water as needed, but do not stir it.
