/^ teaspoonful cinnamon 1 egg 4 teaspoonfuls baking powder flour to make a soft dough 1 cupful milk Cream the butter, add the sugar and beat until light. Stir in the well beaten egg and the sweet milk. Sift the baking powder, salt and cinnamon with 1% cupfuls of flour and stir this mix- ture in, adding sufficient flour to make a soft dough. Roll % inch thick and cut. Fry, drain and when partly cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
