Sour Milk Corn Cake

Ingredients

• 11/4 C. corn meal
• 1 t. baking powder
• 1 t. soda
• 1 t, salt
• 2 eggs — well beaten
• 2 C. sour milk
• 2 T. melted butter

Method

   Mix and sift the dry ingredients.

   Combine with the liquid mixture and add melted butter.

   Beat well and turn into a buttered frying-pan.

   Bake for 1 hour in a moderate oven.
