2 eggs. 2/3 cups brown sugar. 2/3 cup of flour. 2/3 t-spoon baking powder. Cream the sugar with yolks of eggs and add whites beaten light. Add the flour in which baking powder and salt have been mixed. Stir in the dates and nuts, spread in a buttered pan and bake in a quick oven. When cold cut in squares. Mrs. Omar F.
