Soap Making Experiment

Ingredients

• 1|- teaspoonfuls strong sodium hydroxid solution
• 3 c.c. warm tallow, fat, or olive oil
• tiny amount of salt

Method

1. 1

   Pour sodium hydroxide solution into a dish and add warm tallow or fat.

   Boil the mixture, stirring until it becomes clear.

3. 3

   Add a tiny amount of salt; soap should collect on top of the liquid.

4. 4

   Use it in making soap-suds.
