Scalloped Rice and Meat

Ingredients

• 1 c chopped cooked meat
• i^ c brown sauce
• z c, boiled rice
• i c. mushrooms
• 1 tsp. salt
• ^ tsp. paprika
• Buttered crumbs

Method

   Add mushrooms to brown sauce, which should be seasoned with onion juice and any bottled meat sauce.

   Put rice and meat in layers in a buttered baking-dish, season, pour over them the sauce, cover with buttered crumbs, and bake till crumbs are brown.
