Saucer Puddings

Ingredients

• Two TABLESPOONFULS of flour
• two tablespoonfuls of powdered sugar
• three eggs
• a teacupful of milk
• butter
• preserve of any kind

Method

1. 1

   Mix flour and sugar, beat the eggs, add to milk, and combine with flour and sugar.

   Butter three saucers, fill half, and bake in a quick oven for about twenty minutes.

   Remove when cool, cut in half, spread with preserve, and serve with cream.
