Sardine Salade en Mayonnaise

Ingredients

• 1 lettuce
• 2 or 3 spring onions
• 1 tomato
• 1 cucumber
• 2 hard-boiled eggs
• Boned sardines
• Mayonnaise sauce
• chervil
• tarragon

Method

   Wash and drain lettuce, chop onions, and place in a salad bowl with sliced tomato and cucumber.

   Pour Mayonnaise over, stir well, and garnish with quarters of hard-boiled eggs, sardines, and chopped herbs.

   Can be served en vinaigrette with vinaigrette sauce instead of Mayonnaise.
