Rolls

Ingredients

• a piece of the dough
• a large tablespoonful of butter
• a little powdered sugar

Method

1. 1

   Take a piece of the dough after it has risen once.

   Work in butter and powdered sugar, cover it, and set it in a warm place to rise.

   When very light, push it down and let it rise again.

4. 4

   Repeat this once or twice more.

   When risen the third or fourth time, break off small pieces, roll them round, and set to rise again for half an hour.

   Bake for twelve to fifteen minutes.
