Roast Beef Gravy

Ingredients

• 1| tablespoonfuls of the melted fat
• 1 heaping tablespoonful of flour
• 1 cup of cold water
• 1/2 teaspoonful salt

Method

   After the roast has been taken from the pan, pour out all but 1.5 tablespoons of the melted fat.

   Stir in the flour and brown slightly.

3. 3

   Add cold water and stir constantly until thickened.

   Strain before serving.
