Rissoles (2)

Ingredients

• 1 lb. of beef or mutton
• ½ lb. mashed potatoes
• 1 teaspoon of finely chopped parsley
• pepper to taste
• and salt to taste
• 3 tablespoons of stock or gravy
• 1 egg well beaten

Method

   Mince the beef or mutton twice.

   Mix with mashed potatoes, parsley, pepper, salt, stock, and beaten egg.

   Form into balls, cover with egg and bread-crumbs, fry until brown, and serve.
